Yacht Pricing Reality Check
An independent, non-promotional view on whether the asking price for a yacht is defendable in today's market.

The asking price sets the conversation. If it does not match the comparable yachts a serious buyer is also reviewing, the market often responds with silence rather than counter-offers. Silence is rarely read for what it is. It gets interpreted as bad timing, wrong exposure or a slow month, when in reality the price has already answered the question.
A Yacht Pricing Reality Check examines the price against the segment, age, size, condition, refit history, competing listings, recent transactions and current buyer behaviour. The comparison is the one a serious buyer runs in their own mind before making an offer.
The output is direct. It does not flatter and it does not promote. It tells the owner or representative where the price stands relative to reality, so the next decision can be made with better information.
Yacht Pricing Reality Check is one component of Yacht Sale Control.
What the review examines
Six inputs into a defensible price band
Segment
Where the yacht sits by builder, size, age, layout and use case, and which other yachts a serious buyer is genuinely weighing it against.
Comparable listings
Current alternatives on the market, their asking prices, how long they have been listed and how they have been repriced over time.
Recent transactions
Signals from closed and withdrawn transactions in the same segment, read against the direction of the market rather than in isolation.
Condition and refit history
How the technical, cosmetic and refit position of the yacht compares to those alternatives, and where it adds or reduces value in a buyer's mind.
Days on market and repricing history
How long the yacht has been visible, what the market has already been told about the price, and what that history now costs.
Buyer behaviour
Enquiry volume, viewing quality, silence patterns and what serious buyers in the segment are actually paying attention to.
