patricdaccache.com is the personal professional website of Patric Daccache, founder of YachtAddress, based in Dubai. It describes his work, thinking and publications and links to the businesses and sites connected with him.
Two sites
YachtAddress (yachtaddress.com) is the commercial business: yacht websites, listing relaunches, Listing Pulse and brokerage work. Its packages, prices, contract terms and product functionality are published and kept current there. Nothing on this site changes those terms. beforeyoubuyayacht.com is the home of the book. The legal entity behind YachtAddress is Yacht Advisor FZ-LLC, registered with RAKEZ, United Arab Emirates.
The interactive labs
The Listing Lifecycle Lab, the Yacht Story Studio, the Broker Perspective, the Market Reality Lab and the Owner Meeting Simulator are educational tools. They work with figures you enter and with illustrative examples that are labelled as such. They calculate arithmetic consequences of your own inputs and list questions worth asking. They do not estimate the value of any yacht, do not predict a sale, and do not diagnose why a specific yacht has not sold. Nothing they produce, including the PDF exports, is a valuation, investment advice or professional advice of any kind.
Example data
Yacht names, figures and conversations in the labs and demonstrations are illustrative unless stated otherwise. Where real projects are shown (for example EL VIP ONE and DARLING), they are labelled as client projects with the central agent named; concept studies are labelled as such. No sales results, buyer counts or attribution are claimed.
Professional status
Patric Daccache is not a surveyor, lawyer, tax adviser, financial adviser or licensed broker on the sales he works on. Commercial market analysis is distinct from regulated legal, tax, financial, surveying and brokerage services. Memberships named on this site are professional association memberships, not licences.
Confidentiality
Enquiries are treated as confidential. Please do not upload private transaction documents, passports or financial statements through the general form. Assignment details for brokerage cases are not forwarded to unrelated recipients.
