Advisory

    Yacht Seller Advisory

Independent support for yacht owners and representatives across the full sale process, from pre listing through to negotiation.

Luxury motor yacht at dawn seen across calm water

Yacht Seller Advisory works alongside the existing broker, captain and family office. The role is not to replace any of them. The role is to give the owner an independent second view on pricing, listing strategy, buyer feedback, broker activity and decision timing, so the sale process is managed rather than reacted to.

Most yacht sale problems are not caused by a single wrong decision. They are caused by a series of small decisions made too late, in response to noise rather than analysis. A structured second view slows those decisions down long enough to make better ones.

Engagements are scoped in advance. There is no commission, no inventory and no incentive to push a decision in any direction other than the one the analysis supports.

Yacht Seller Advisory is one component of Yacht Sale Control.

    What the advisory covers

Six areas of ongoing seller support

    Pre listing

Independent view on price, presentation, documentation and timing before the yacht enters the market.

    Listing strategy

Which platforms, which brokers, which exposure and which order. The listing is a sequence, not a single event.

    Broker activity

Reading whether the broker has been given a sellable position, whether the activity translates into qualified interest, and where the process is drifting.

    Buyer feedback

Interpreting what the market is actually saying, including silence, soft objections and repeated patterns across viewings or enquiries.

    Negotiation support

A second view on offers, counter positions and the actual value of concessions on the table.

    Decision timing

When to adjust, when to hold, when to change strategy, with a review rhythm instead of emotional reactions.

    Process

    How the engagement runs

    01

    Brief

Understand the yacht, the current position, the team already involved and the outcome the owner or representative wants.

    02

    Ongoing review

Structured reviews across pricing, listing, broker activity, buyer feedback and market movement, on a rhythm set at the start of the engagement.

    03

    Written recommendations

Short written recommendations after each review, phrased so they can be used directly with the broker, family office or representative.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

No. Yacht Seller Advisory works alongside the existing broker, captain and family office. The role is to give the owner an independent second view, not to take over the transaction.

    Independence & scope

Patric Daccache works as an independent yacht advisor and market analyst. He is not a licensed broker, surveyor, lawyer, tax advisor or financial advisor. Fees are engagement based, not commission based, and no listing inventory is represented. Advisory output is analysis and judgement; it does not replace a marine survey, legal review or regulated professional advice.
